Elliott Publishing is proud to produce the following weekly newspapers:

Camp Point Journal
Golden-Clayton New Era
Mendon Dispatch-Times

Our papers currently have a circulation of 3,600. Approximately 1,500 of this total is from the Liberty Bee-Times; the rest is from the combined readership of our three other papers.

Deadline

Fridays at 12:00 noon unless notified due to holidays, etc.

Publication Day

Wednesdays

No cost for news articles – can be mailed, faxed, emailed or dropped by offices

Office Hours and Holidays:

We are normally open Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We close on the following days:

Holiday week between Christmas and New Year’s holidays
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving and day after

Subscription Information

To subscribe, just give us a call. For the Liberty Bee-Times, please call 217-645-3033. For the Camp Point Journal, Golden-Clayton New Era, or Mendon Dispatch-Times please call 217-593-6515. Subscription rates are as follows:

$14.00 per year if you live in Adams County, Illinois

$16.00 per year if you live in Illinois but outside of Adams County

$18.00 per year if you live outside of Illinois

Advertising rates for our newspapers are listed below:

$2.50 per column inch to run in one newspaper for one week

$2.00 per column inch to run in one newspaper for more than once

$4.00 per column inch to run in all newspapers for one week

$3.50 per column inch to run in all newspapers more than once

Special rate for those running 2000 inches or more per year

$1.75 per column inch for one newspaper

$3.10 per column inch for all newspapers

$1.50 per column inch if you pre-pay for a full year

Classifieds: $0.12 per word ($1.50 minimum) for one newspaper

Legals: $4.00 per column inch

Card of thanks: $3.25

Novena: $3.25

St. Jude: $3.25

Inserts: $0.05 cents each (extra charge if need to be folded)
